Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and achieve growth targets.

Identify and pursue new Business opportunities, partnerships and markets.

Lead Marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

Conduct Market Research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners and community organizations.

Analyse and report on business development and marketing performance.
-
Collaborate with cross functional teams to align business development and marketing efforts with company goals.
-
Oversee advertising platforms and content, including traditional and digital platforms.
-
Manage marketing and advertising material.
-
Conducting annual stakeholder survey and report on results.
Educational and experience requirements
-
Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field. A bachelor's degree will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development and marketing environment, preferably in the banking industry.

Experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.

Strong understanding of Market research techniques and tools.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements

Computer Literacy with experience in all Microsoft products. Excel is a must.
