Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share and achieve growth targets.

  • Identify and pursue new Business opportunities, partnerships and markets.

  • Lead Marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

  • Conduct Market Research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners and community organizations.

  • Analyse and report on business development and marketing performance.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align business development and marketing efforts with company goals.

  • Oversee advertising platforms and content, including traditional and digital platforms.

  • Manage marketing and advertising material.

  • Conducting annual stakeholder survey and report on results.

Educational and experience requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field. A bachelor's degree will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development and marketing environment, preferably in the banking industry.

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation.

  • Strong understanding of Market research techniques and tools.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

  • Computer Literacy with experience in all Microsoft products. Excel is a must.

  • Strong thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.

  • High level of creativity and innovation.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
