We are seeking highly motivated Sales Agents who are passionate about sales and financial services. This is a commission-based role, and successful candidates must be flexible and willing to relocate to different locations as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients to promote our financial products.

Educate clients on loan options, repayment terms, and benefits.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client acquisition.

Conduct field visits to onboard new clients and ensure smooth loan processing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for retention and referrals.

Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with inquiries.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements

Minimum Grade 12 certificate (Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Finance is an added advantage).

Previous experience in sales, microfinance, or banking is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Must be willing and flexible to relocate to different branches or operational areas.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and results oriented.
