To develop, manage and optimize the financial accounting system and capacity as it relates to all processing of income and creditors, reconciling of accounts and the management of receipts and payments.

Educational and experience requirements

Accounting and/or Banking related qualifications would be required.

A Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, Finance or similar. Added Advantage:

If Articles completed would be an added advantage.

Minimum of 2 years working experience at supervisory level in the financial services industry, specifically in Accounting and Finance.
-
5 years in a professional accounting/finance function will be added advantage.
-
Specific accounting/financial work experience in the banking or micro-finance would be an advantage.

Computer literacy with experience in all Microsoft products.

Driving License (Code B).

Must be willing to work overtime on agreed times.

Must be a Namibian citizen.
