To coordinate the procurement process, administer building maintenance, and fleet-related activities, ensuring company assets are well-maintained, cost-efficient, and compliant with relevant policies and procedures.

Key performance areas

Ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with the
procurement Act, applicable policies, procedures, and internal controls. -
Receiving and reviewing procurement requisitions from user departments.

Prepare purchase orders and obtain the required approvals.

Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up to ensure the timely delivery of
goods and services. -
Verify and approve invoices, delivery notes, and other supporting procurement
Documentation. -
Maintain and update the master supplier database.

Third-party Risk management

Assist with Property Maintenance Administration

Monitor Fleet Management
Educational and experience requirements
-
Diploma or Degree in Supply chain and logistics or related field
-
3 years relevant experience, specifically in procurement, or related areas.

Working knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 15 of 2015

Valid Code BE Driver’s license
